I actually started using a site called "Remember the Milk" and it lets you setup lists and if you want you can integrate right in your your e-mail (if you have gmail) and it shows as a little sidebar, it changes colors when you're late and things like that. So far it's working great haven't missed a pill in almost a week.

As for ways to remember things, if you're a "list person" or think you could be, I'd recommend buying a cheap spiral-bound notebook. I have one for mostly school things, divided each day (usually done the night before the next day) into Before, During (school), and After. I'm really productive, considering the amount of stuff on my to-do list each day. You could divide yours into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. Write your pills in wherever it's appropriate.

If you're not a list person, I'd go with setting them somewhere conspicuous--maybe on or next to a nightstand if you need to take them before bed or first thing in the morning.

Failing that, keep them in your pocket, and set your phone up to do an alarm at the appropriate times every day.

Good luck, man!

(Sorry I was out-of-the-loop for awhile. My online time has been limited--felt really crazy to learn a few weeks back that I'd missed the news of you two expecting!)
