So far it's working great haven't missed a pill in almost a week. I have one for mostly school things, divided each day (usually done the night before the next day) into Before, During (school), and After. I'm really productive, considering the amount of stuff on my to-do list each day. You could divide yours into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. Write your pills in wherever it's appropriate. If you're not a list person, I'd go with setting them somewhere conspicuous--maybe on or next to a nightstand if you need to take them before bed or first thing in the morning. I found it happening frequently the summer after I returned to teaching, when we didn't have a child.
